I didn't get to take the kids to the birthday party yesterday... THEY HAVE PINK EYE!!! Will it never end! First a stomach bug, then a cold, now pink eye. Arrrgggghhhhh! Poor little things. Even though they are all pink and yucky, they are still beautiful to me. Hence, todays wordart. Enjoy!

Love Song Overlays- New at Pretty Scrappy

Well, TGIF!!! It's been a long week. This weekend I have to take the kids to a Birthday Party! Yah!!! They love going to parties. Emma especially loves it because she gets to dress up. She's a real girly girl and loves any excuse to put on a dress and have her hair done. I'll be sure to post some pics after the party.

The Cutest Pumpkin In The Patch: Wordart Freebie

Sugar and Spice

I'm running a little late getting my post out today! Yesterday, Aiden climbed out of his crib!!! He is only 14 months old but he climbs like a monkey. So... last night we had to take apart his crib and put a toddler bed in his bedroom. Can you believe it, A TODDLER BED!!! He's still such a little baby though. I'm so sad. I remember when we put Emma in the toddler bed. I was so happy and excited because it meant that she was growing up, now i'm so sad because it means that he's growing up. Make sense?

Any of us that create and design "stuff" for digi-scrapping all know that sometimes we hit a creative wall. No matter what we do, our designs just don't turn out like we wanted or we run out of ideas. Well it happened to me. I have been the past few days trying to get out of this creative rutt that i'm in, then it occured to me. Why not seek inspiration from the very subject. I started browsing the many layout galleries out there and found so much INSPIRATION I don't know what to do with it all. LOL. I have seen so many beautiful layouts, wordarts, and embellishments. It finally got my creative juices flowing again. YAYYYY! So, you should start to see lots of new wordart from me now and if any of it looks familiar, some are my version of what I have found in the many galleries online. So... onto todays freebie. I am so proud to present to you my new Creative Team! Yay.... I have a CT. It's a small one but I think you are definately going to enjoy seeing their beautiful layouts. I know that I have enjoyed them so far.

SHELLEY: Scrap-n-Nan

You know it is true what people say, it really is a small world! I met Shelly online and found out that she is a fellow Newfoundlander. I also found out that she is from the same town my Mom grew up in. Then, I found out that she is very good friends with my Mom's first cousins. WOW.

Here is a little bio from Shelley.

I live in Newfoundland, Canada, been married 30 years to my wonderful hubby, Mom to 3 grown sons and Grandma to two little Grand-daughters, who are my biggest inspiration for Scrapping. I have been using Paintshop for about 5 years and started using Photoshop CS2 this past year, still learning to use that program. I started Paper Scrapping about 6 years ago but eventually started digital Scrapping about 2 years and love it! I still have many albums to do, Heritage for my Mom, 3 childhood ones for my sons, 2 baby albums for my Grand-daughters, etc. So I am going to be a busy busy Scrapper, lol. I find going digital scrap layouts is a great source of relaxation :0)

Here is a little bio from Crystal.

My family is my life! I am a proud parent(step-mother)to a wonderful boy who is 10. I work full-time for a Accounting/Financial Planning Firm and Part-time at a local School. I love spending time with my family. Photography and Scrapbooking are what I love to do. I have been a paper scrapper for years and started Digital Scrapbooking January 2008 and Love it!
