TGIF!!!! I love Friday! Actually, I love Friday at around 3:00 because that's when the Hubby gets home from work and our weekend gets to start. This is his last weekend off now for 2 weeks because then he goes on-call for his job. We are planning on going for a drive on Saturday to get out of the city for a few hours. We were supposed to take the kids to a Birthday party tomorrow but because Aiden has the measles, he can't be around other kids yet. I wouldn't want him to give it to some other kids.

Todays wordart is a request that came to me around 6:00 AM today. Miranda from Chicago sent me a very lovely email about last nights historic US election. She didn't say in the email who she voted for or even where her poloitical loyalty was. She said that no matter who won, she wanted to use this quote for a layout she was preparing for one of her college classes regarding the election. I thought the quote was just beautiful and had to create a wordart for it right away. It is very fitting for the election but can be used for so many more themes. I hope that some of you can use it.

Hi Everyone! I just wanted to give you a little update on Aiden... he is doing much better. His fever finally broke yesterday about 10:00AM. He had the darn thing for over 3 days. I was so worried. He seems to be on the mend now though. Unfortunately he didn't get to go out Trick or Treating. When he is all better, I'll dress both of the kids up in their Halloween costumes and take lots of pictures.
