I'm back! Over the last week I have been very busy. We just moved into our new apartment and I just got my internet hooked back up. I am slowly trying to get things unpacked and organized but it seems like the more I unpack, the more I find to unpack. Makes no sense! Anyhooooo... here is a new quote for you all. Well... happy Saturday morning! I've got a busy day today. First I have to go to Babies'r' us and get my little girl her first "BIG GIRL" bed. They have the most adorable little sleigh bed. It fits a standard crib mattress. It also has as part of the set a toy shelf with baskets and a set of table and 2 chairs. I am going to get the rest of the set fot her birthday. After I do this, I have to go get groceries for the family. My hubby has a cold today so he is going to stay home with the kids and I get to have some alone time. Yahhhhh! Always kiss your children....

This quote rings so true in my heart. Everynight when my kids fall asleep I always make sure that I give them a little kiss goodnight. Just last night when I lay Emma in her bed, I kissed her on her little forehead. She opened her eyes and with a drowsy grin she said "wuv you". Now... there is nothing more special to warm your heart than that.

My First Attempt At Wordart

Well.... I have been driving myself crazy for the past few days trying to figure out how to create wordart using Photoshop Elements. No matter what I did I just couldn't get it to work out right. With a little help from my friends at ScrapbooxMax, I have finally figured it out. Yay! It's not much but it is a start. Here it is!

A little bit about me....

Hi World! My name is Crystal and I am happy to introduce myself to you all. I am 31 years old and am originally from Newfoundland, Canada. I have been living in Calgary, Alberta, Canada for the last 3 years with my hubby Emmett and our 2 wonderful kids. Emma is my little angel girl and she is 20 months old. Aiden is my little dude and he is 5 months old. I have a lab/golden retreiver cross named HOBO and a tabby cat named Kitty. I know... really original. LOL. I have been digi-scrapping for about 2 years now and I'm truly addicted. I'm just starting to venture into designing wordart and quotes so please be patient with me as I am still learning. I hope in the future to become a kit designer but one thing at a time. I am also an avid quilter but since having my kids I just don't have the time or space to do it. I started digi-scrapping when Emma was born because I wanted to display some of the millions of pictures I have taken of her. And now with Aiden here too, my picture collection has doubled. I am still new at this Blogging stuff so I will try to get some of my layouts uploaded as soon as possible for you all to see. In the future I will be offering some of my wordart and quotes as freebies for you to enjoy. Keep a look out for it.
