Well... it looks like we are going to look at another house today. Our offer wasn't accepted on the last one. We countered twice but it just wasn't the right price. I am fairly optamistic about this new one today though. It's bigger and right in the middle of our price range. Unless something drastic happens ***cross your fingers*** we should be able to get this one. It is even on the same street. CROSS YOUR FINGERS!!!! WISH ME LUCK!!!
