UPDATES: New wordart freebie and new layout!

Hi... I have a little update on my Grandma. She is feeling a little better the past few days but she is still very sick. They have done soooo many tests and have discovered that over 50% of her pancreas is dead. She now has fluid on her lungs and is on oxygen to help her breathe. They won't perform surgery on her because of her age, she probally wouldn't make it through a surgery. Also, if she has another attack, she probally won't survive it either. The infection is getting better, she's on lots of antibiotics and lots of pain medication too. She hasn't eaten anything since last Sunday night but today she was allowed to have black tea and coffee, and jello. She is so happy about that. She's a tough ole bird so we are hopeing and praying that she's going to make it through this. She finally got a phone in her hospital room today so I can't wait to call her later. Keep praying for her recovery as all of our family and friends are!

So... I was working on some new wordart yesterday when I got a message pop up on my screen. It told me that I was almost out of memory!!!! I couldn't believe it! Since I started designing I have been accumulating soooooooooooooo much CU stuff, plus all of my designs and kits, i've used all of my memory. The first thing I did was break out the ole CD's and started copying my files to them. I used 15 CD's and I have to buy more tomorrow. I am so in desperate need for an external hard-drive! I managed to free up some space though. It went from less than 8% space up to 21%. By the time I go though all the rest, I should be safe. How much free space should I have?

After all of that I decided that I should do a little scrapping. I created a cute wordart for your freebie today and wanted a layout to go with it. I had some pics of Emma playing with her keyboard and thought they would be perfect. One of my newest favorite designers is Chanin of Snowflake Beach Designs. She has a very cute and clean style that I just love. She just released her new kit Cora's Best Friend the other day so I bought it right away! It is beautiful. Check it out at her blog HERE . Anyhoo, I used it to create my layout. I LOVE IT!!!
