I took Aiden to have his vaccinations yesterday. He was very well behaved and he only cried a little when the nurse gave him his 3 needles. When she was finished, he looked at her, grabbed her by the finger and said in his cutest little voice... Thank You. lol. It was so sweet. The nurse said in her 25 years of being a nurse, no little baby has ever thanked her for needles. LOL. He's definately a sweetie!

Hi! Hope everyone is having a great day so far. Mines been good too. The kids actually slept until almost 8:00 this morning. I was in Heaven! It's a very welcomed surprise when I get to sleep past 6:00. lol. I played around yesterday with Emma's Birthday Party Invites and these are the 2 I have chosen. Cute hey? I couldn't decide between the two of them so i'm going to use them both. Next step is making the Thank You cards. I was talking to my Mom and she's gotten most of the party favors and decoration bought now. All I have to do is basically show up. lol. My old friend Jodie is making Emma's birthday cake, she's awesome! She makes wedding cakes, birthday cakes, etc... very beautiful. I can't wait to see it.

As you can all see today, my blog is a work in progress. I was browsing through one of my favorite designers stores and saw this awesome blog set. I just love Shabby Miss Jenn and all of her products. She's awesome! So... last night I bought the blog set and the matching kit. The kit is called Fondest Memories. It's a really nice kit. HOUSEWORK BEFORE SCRAPBOOKING

It's Monday morning again! Another weekend has come and gone. I hope that everyone had a great weekend! Mine was great as usual. I've been trying to get things organized for our family vacation next month... ONLY 17 DAYS LEFT!!! Whoo hoo! We are so excited. Not sure if I mentioned or not, but my Mom is throwing a big party for Emma's birthdya while we're home. I just made her invitations yesterday. Not sure though if i'm compoletely satisfied yet. I think i'll play around with it today and see what I come up with. I'll post the finished invitation tomorrow so you can all see what i chose. Be sure to let me know what you think too!

Yesterday about 5:00 I went into Walmart and picked up ECLIPSE to read. They have been sold out for 2 weeks now. Got my call yesterday that they were in. I started reading it when I had the chance last night and when Aiden would wake up, now i'm almost half way through. At this rate i'll be finished tonight! LOL. I am just loving this series. Can't wait to see NEW MOON when it hits theaters in November.

In betweeen reading my book, looking after the kids and the hubby, i'm also trying to get my course done. I forgot to tell you all that I changed my course from Banking and Finance to Occupational Therapy. I've been wanting to do that for a long time now. Recently I did a job perspective and in the next few years there will be a larger demand for Occupational Therapy. Hopefully I made the right move. I have to write a test online today... WISH ME LOTS OF LUCK!!!

DON'T JUST STAND THERE...

Hi Everyone. Hope you all had a good day yesterday. Not me... Emma was sick the last two days and nights. I've been up with her almost all night, each night. I am officially wiped out! TGIF! Hopefully she''ll be bettertoday. At least last night there was no throwing up. Poor little thing. We are also in the middle of potty training her and I was afraid that being sick she wouldn't use her potty, but she's been amazing. Even when she wakes up in the night now, she asks to go to the potty. She is doing awesome. I am hopeing that she'll be fully trained by the time we take our trip to Newfoundland in 3 weeks. I made her a Tinkerbell potty chart and everytime she uses the potty, she gets a Tinkerbell sticker. She gets sooooo excited. She's on the 14th day now and almost has her chart filled up. So cute. I'm so proud of my big girl!

HAPPY EASTER: New Releases at Pretty Scrappy, plus new wordart freebie!

HAPPY EASTER! I hope that everyone had a great weekend and a very Happy Easter! I did. The kids had a little Easter Egg hunt and found all of their eggs. They had so much fun. We cooked a turkey with lots of veggies for dinner. YUMMY!!! After we had eaten dinner, the kids took a nice long nap and when they woke up, we dressed them in their hats, shoes, and jackets and let them play outside for a while. It was only 13 degrees celcius but the sun was shining bright and made it nice and warm. They loved it and last night they slept sooo good. On Saturday it was 20.8 degrees celcius. It was really warm so we spent most of the day outside. We even had a BBQ for supper. It was great.

Throughout the past few days I have been trying to read TWILIGHT. I've seen the movie now about a dozen times so I was really excited when my Hubby bought me the TWILIGHT and NEW MOON books on Thursday! He couldn't get ECLIPSE and BREAKING DAWN so i'll have to get those later. I finished TWILIGHT last night and have already gotten 6 chapters read in NEW MOON. I really have got to say that the book was awesome! It really gives so much details about the developing relationship between Edward and Bella. I now see where all of the scenes intermingle to form the specific scenes in the movie. I can't wait for the kids to go down for their naps today so I can get back into NEW MOON. Oh yeah... for any of you who shop at Walmart... Did you see the TWILGHT themed giftcards they have? The Hubby had gotten me one with the money for the other two books on it. When I use it, i'm keeping the card though. LOL.

And guess what... We are finally going back to Newfoundland for a vacation. We booked the plane tickets this weekend. We fly out of Calgary at 11:40 AM and get in Newfoundland at 10:43 PM. The flight is only 7 & 1/2 hours long (there is a 3 & 1/2 hour time difference). We leave on May 7th and come back on May 13th. It's going to be a short but very busy trip. It's Emma's 3rd birthday on May 10th, so my Mom is having a big party for her. I can't wait. I haven't been home in over 4 years and 99% of my family haven't even seen my kids yet. It's going to be a great trip.

BUSY AS A BEE and UNDER THE BIG TOP!

Well... Good Monday Morning to ya! Sorry I haven't been around the past few days, but I had a major computer malfunction. Aiden was having a glass of juice and spilled it all over my hard drive! Luckily enough... I had just finished backing up my files onto external memory sticks so I didn't loose much. Take it from me... BACK UP ALL OF YOUR FILES!!! I can imagine how bad it would have been if I hadn't. I would have lost everything! All my scrapbooking stuff, family pictures, personal information. It would have been rough. I had to wait until yesterday morning to get my new computer. I bought it home, set everything up and got cracking to finish up some stuff I was working on.
